Returns & Exchanges
If for some reason you change your mind, please let me know as soon as possible by email. Up until 7 working days from the day after you receive your order. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO BESPOKE ORDERS.
If you notify me before dispatch I will gladly process a full refund. If already dispatched I will be unable to process a refund until the item(s) have been returned to me. Once received I will process a refund for the cost of the item(s) but I will not be able to reimburse the cost of postage paid.
You have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) and will be liable for damage to them until I receive them back.
I also recommend that you use a trackable service and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
If in the unlikely event an Item arrives damaged, please let me know as soon as possible by email, including photographic proof to firstname.lastname@example.org and if I'm able, I will send a replacement to you as soon as possible.
If I'm unable to replace the item then I can offer an exchange or refund. A postage refund will only be
given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
